Thatโ€™s great, and with my experience, I found that buyers will pay a significant amount over the price of a home. This is great, but itโ€™s also vital to make sure that if they do this that they removed the appraisal contingency. Also make sure they really understand what it means to remove that contingency. The buyer will be paying the difference between the appraised value of the home meaning what the appraiser says that the home is worth and the price offered. So if the difference is really big, you need to make sure that the buyer has the funds on hand to pay that difference in addition to their down payment and their closing cost.
